WHO WE WORK WITH

Built for your procurement reality

Hotels & Hospitality

Green hotel certification requires verified material provenance. Most suppliers can’t provide it.

Real Estate & Green Buildings

LEED and green building points require low-embodied-carbon materials with documented supply chains.

F&B Establishments

Customers notice. Regulators are watching. Furniture that tells a circular story is a differentiator.

Corporate ESG Projects

SET100 ESG reporting needs verifiable scope 3 impact. Most procurement can’t provide it.

THE PROCESS

Collect. Compress. Furnish.

Binder-free. Carbon-storing. 3× longer-lasting than MDF or HMR (high-moisture-resistant board)

01

Collect

Community waste pickers gather orphan plastic — coloured PET bottles, PLA cups, multilayer snack films — that conventional recyclers reject. Full traceability from picker to panel.

02

Compress

Multi-layer thermo-compression technology fuses plastic without binders or adhesives. The result: a dense, stable composite panel that stores carbon rather than emitting it.

03

Furnish

Panels are cut and finished into furniture that’s waterproof, termite-resistant, and weatherproof. Customisable dimensions and finishes for any commercial specification.
